License and Certificates
«BCTI» services of mobile radiotelephone communication are provided
by Operator on the basis of license of the Ministry of communication of Turkmenistan
No.355 dated 01.01.2009.
«BCTI» services for data communication, with exclusion of communication
services for the purposes of voice data communication, are provided by Operator
on the basis of license of the Ministry of communication of Turkmenistan No.342
dated 01.10.2007.
The goods are certified.
